Pricing questions
What happens after the 30-day pilot?
We review the results with you. If it works for your team, we agree on a plan and keep your workspace, catalogue and dashboards as they are. If not, we delete your workspace and connection details.
What access to our data does Edward need?
A read-only database user scoped to the tables you choose. The assistant only sees the tables and columns in the catalogue you approve, and it builds charts and filters as structured specs, not SQL queries. Our security page has the full detail.
How are users counted?
A user is anyone with a login to your workspace, whether they build dashboards or only view them. The pilot includes up to 10.
Can our security team review Edward before we connect anything?
Yes. We can walk your security team through how connections, credentials and data access work before the pilot starts, and answer a questionnaire if you have one.
Do you support single sign-on?
Not yet. SSO is on the roadmap. Today users sign in with email and password.
